Dear Diary,

I bumped into this saying again but this time it hit home as it made me think just a little bit more. The saying goes something like "People don't talk about people who don't win. If you win, people are gonna talk about you". 'You are not winning if no one loves/hates you. After all, what is there to hate/love?

I find this to be very powerful in the sense of asking myself, why be bothered when people don't like you. It can sometimes mean that i am doing something with my life or i am just a bad person. Either thoughts are comforting to me. I have learned many years ago that not everyone will like never mind love me. What is important for me to do is be happy with the love that i receive from the people that actually love me and appreciate and embrace that by all means. Surely, that should be enough because it is genuine and all for me.

After all, it is not my job to be likable. It is my job to be myself. The right people will gravitate. I think once one keeps reminding themselves of their purpose and vision, all should make sense resulting in living your best life thereafter.

The funny thing is that it took me two weeks to write this blog because every time i attempt to finish it, something else will disturb me. I am done, phew! It all comes down to my happiness and me at the end of the day, let us keep it going!!!
